About Us

We believe in providing a year-round softball experience for our girls to grow in talent, in knowledge, and in teamwork. At the same time, we believe that it is equally important for our girls to be well rounded and to be able to balance softball with a wide array of academic and extra-curricular activities. We want to create lifelong softball memories, but not to require that softball become their entire life.

Schedule

We play 5-6 tournaments in the summer, and 2 in fall/winter. The majority of our tournaments are in the greater Cincinnati area, but we also drive to one or two travel tournaments each year.

Training

We offer year-round training with outdoor practices at softball fields in Blue Ash, Ohio and indoor training at the Blue Ash Recreation Center. We also do regular team training at Shep’s Indoor Training Facility.

Coaching Staff

Over 40 years of coaching experience from 8u through 18u, including recreational ball, club ball, and high school varsity.

Our coaches have helped develop over a dozen college and professional athletes and over fifty all-conference high school athletes.

Playing experience in college and direct contacts with college coaches.

2019 was the first year of our organization and we started with a 16U team coached by Mike Thomas and Josh Morgan, two highly experienced coaches from the Sycamore Youth Organization.

For the 2025/2026 season, the Queen City Bombers will have two 14U Teams , a 12U Team, and a 10U Team .
